The application PocketSloth is designed to operate fully offline and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It does not require internet access, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not require account creation.

When you contact us (for example, via email), your provided personal data (such as email address or message content) will be processed solely to respond to your inquiry. This data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted once the inquiry is resolved, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it.

3) Payment processing (RevenueCat)

For processing in-app purchases, PocketSloth uses the payment service RevenueCat, provided by RevenueCat Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA. If you make an in-app purchase, transaction-related data is processed directly by RevenueCat.

RevenueCat acts as a payment processor; therefore, PocketSloth does not receive or store your personal payment data. The data transfer to RevenueCat is necessary solely for payment processing, in compliance with Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
